Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement this container yields about 180 half pumps or 90 full pumps. Massage into your inner arms, thighs, chest, or apply to inner forearms and rub arms together until fully absorbed. Use at night or once or twice a day as needed. It is suggested that you do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month. – Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
